I tried to lag test my monitors but cannot make sense of the results

I cloned the same desktop on all 4 screens to take the picture. The results seem inconclusive, where the lag amounts are not in the same order for the various pictures. I think I'm just failing at trying to determine what those numbers are though, against the tearing, ghosting, and whatever else causes the camera to pick up partial numbers.

What I see. The Acer P235H is close to CRT speed but the CRT is still faster. The TV is the slowest and your ZR30w is in the middle.

If everything is set at 60Hz, Each frame only refreshes every 16.67ms.

Subtract the times you see on the other monitors from the time seen on the CRT. The smaller the difference the better.

Measuring lag is non-trivial.
I think prad once did an analysis of all factors that entered into the measurement, and came away with unsatisfactory precision for all but the most expensive measurement methods.

Lag can be introduced by the different outputs of the graphics card, for example, the clock application can penalize one type of display, etc., etc....
