Pretty damn cool. I don't understand how you give it the commands 'follow', 'loop', 'side', etc as shown in the video? I'm assuming you program it into the wrist piece, but it didn't really say.

Also, I'm so jealous of that mountain in the beginning. Looks gorgeous. Haven't used the ski's once this year......

Interesting, so it's a flying camera, not a drone, so you can probably get around the regulations that way, I think? "But officer it's not actually a UAV, it's just a camera that can fly!"

I see problems on the horizon for Lily. This is clearly a drone and it lacks something required -- positive control! It looks like the control is via the puck like device they showed and with that you select different modes, but there does not appear to any direct control.

My guess is this will be pulled from the market and if it returns it will be much different then it is now.

A year ago many drone operators were operating in pure FPV mode and were flying beyond the range they could see with there own eyes and instead relied on the FPV camera -- the FAA has outlawed this. You can still have a FPV camera and you can look at it but you must be able to see the drone with your own eyes at all times.

I'm an Inspire 1 Pro drone operator BTW...

My BIL contributed to the Kickstarter and I think he said it will cost him $500 when it's released. I'm not sure when that will be. He does a lot of outdoor stuff (primarily windsurfing and snowmobiling) and he's excited to see how well it films that stuff.
