Honesty comes first, from being honest with yourself. Habits can be formed, good or bad. If you want to be an honest person, you must form the habit of being that. Sometimes telling the truth hurts people too, but at least you'll never have to question your own integrity, or have it called out by someone else.

I'm talking of morals. My morality isn't as great as it should be. But I have a dream - to become a person of high morals. Only here and there, you know, sometimes I'm not as honest as I should be.
It's especially difficult to deal with all those things I did in the past. When I remember, I can't believe it was me. How could I? What do I do about it now?

You can do nothing about the past. Let it go and forgive yourself. Take small steps in being honest in areas you previously were not and it all adds up. Don't be discouraged when you don't succeed. You only truly fail when you give upOriginally posted by: Booster

Noones honest. Honest people dont go anywhere and theyre really easy to rip on
"A liar is worse to have around than a thief... yet I would rather cope with a liar than with a person who takes self-righteous pride in telling the truth, all of the truth and all of the time, let the chips fall where they may - meaning 'No matter who is hurt by it, no matter what innocent life is ruined.' Maureen, a person who takes smug pride in telling the blunt truth is a sadist, not a saint."Originally posted by: compuwiz1

Got any tips? Are you 100% honest? If so, do you have a secret of some sort?
