I want to learn ColdFusion- Where should I start????

I am completely new to Cold Fusion, and I want to learn how to create a program in ColdFusion. Does anybody recommend any books I should read to get a basic understanding of ColdFusion, or any webpages where there are very good beginnning tutorials on ColdFusion programming. Also, if there is any coldfusion programers here, please tell me, so we can private message if i ever need help or anything.

You can learn CF on the web, but I really dig having it all in a good book so I can read it in many places I wouldn't want to bring a PC

and this book, I think I like the Mastering a bit better, but if you don't have much SQL experience, you might want to get a SQL Quick Ref book (small handy dandy syntax book), or just use this link for some SQL syntax.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a few questions, however.

You reccomended me Advanced Cold Fusion 4 Application Development. I have a question about that, though. It says Advanced. This book, judging from the title, is not set for begginners who have not programmed in CF before. Or is it? I am wondering if ,me, an extreme beginner, will get to know the basics of Cold Fusion development( and also some very advanced stuff, later on) in this book. What i am trying to say is, is this book good for a beginner in ColdFusion programming. SO can I learn the basics and then move on to more advanced stuff in this book?

Could you list the pros and cons of each book so I know which one to buy. I dont wanna buy 2 books that cover the same subject.

i use cold fusion at work and we have the "cold fusion web application construction kit" books. theyre great. theyre quite simple to use too...from beginner to more advanced stuff.

Get the books by Forta - CF Web Application kit (i think that's what they are called). The one listed above is the advacned, get that along with the original. They are great books for learning CF.
