I don't think it has got anything to do with graphics cards, as regards the current technology.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanoelectronics
It seems to involve things like Carbon nano-tubes and other, similar, tiny structures.
Although these are used in some fields of electronics, such as modern sensors and things.
They don't make graphics cards as such with them.
The one complication is that the feature size of the latest integrated circuits, such as graphics processors. Is gradually becoming so tiny, that it could be classed as nanoelectronics.
But my opinion is that nanoelectronics has got nothing to do with graphics cards (with the possible exception of ones opinion/theory on the tiniest integrated circuits and how they are made).
tl;dr
I suspect nanoelectronics is the wrong thing to study, if you are purely interested in graphics cards and their manufacture/design.
But if you are going to study some stuff, it is best to check with the place of study (and other sources), as to how useful and what it can be used for.
I have a question for you.
Why all this interest/mentioning of nanoelectronics ?
(Please don't tell me you are creating threads all over the internet), to promote/sell some book or course on nanoelectronics ?
