I want to set different apps to different speakers, help?

Ok, I play a game that i use ventrilo in.

I'd like to set it up so the game's sounds come from my rear panel sound jack, and ventrilo's sounds come from the front panel jack.

Any way to do this?

Check your sound settings. It should be playing out the main speakers and only output to the front audio jacks if you have a headset plugged in.

On most motherboards, you can separate front and rear into separate devices and then pick the one you want in each program (usually default). This is usually done with bundled software.

No, you need different audio devices if you want to do that.

It's called playback multi-streaming. I didn't use ventrilo much so I don't know if you can choose the audio device to use.
Or you could start one program and then change the default device and start the 2nd program
