I am not an attorney but if I had this case the first thing I would ask my client and the seller is what medications are you on.

I am a big seller (and buyer) online. I work in higher end IT/IS. Morons / et al justify why I have a position, can get bargains, can sell, etc.

As a seller I welcome lowballs. If I don't want to sell at that price I can reply in kind....if I end up not getting what I thought I had's worth I can reply in kind.
