Shit. A thread about nothing. Let's make it about noodles. Everyone go find the best bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen and share your experience.
This was one of the best bowls of ramen I've had in the area, first time trying Ramen Danbo in Brooklyn the other day. They have a location in Vancouver Canada as well as some in Japan, where they hail from
Tonkotsu broth was rich and had depth, right amount of fat and salt balance. Noodles cooked a nice al dente, thin and perfect. Egg was done with the proper jelly like yolk consistency. The Chasu slices were tender and a flavor bomb, just a bit thin and small. Can always add more.
