As entertaining as this guys posts are, bro, I know you don't have a job.
If you put half as much effort into getting a job as you do into posting, you'd probably have one by now.

Combination of callorie reduction and exercise. My diet used to be really shitty and I knew it. When I was working at 7-11 I would eat like 2 hot-dogs a day (with everything on it) sometimes a doughnut and then overeat at dinner and snack on all kinds of other things. After quiting my job my diet got a little better, not so much pure junk food, but I was still eating far too much. When I made the conscious effort to loose weight I cut my meals down to about 1 and 1/2 meals a day. A small lunch + a normal sized dinner (but no 2nd helping). Since both my parents are vegetarian it has also been easy for me to cut almost all meat out of my diet (but I am NOT a vegetarian myself and never will be). On top of this I started to walk on the treadmill at a 10% incline for 40 mins every day. I started at about 2.5 miles/hr and slowly increased it over the weeks. Recently I doubled this to 2 40 min workouts every day. And my speed is now up to about 4.0 miles/hr again at the 10% incline. I'm now doing over 5 miles every single day. I'm only going to be keeping this up for about a month after which I will go back to 1 40min workout a day, but again every single day. I feel great though!
you should do some p90x...sounds like you have the determination for it
Yeah I've seen the ads for it. I'm not usually one to buy into commercial weight loss or muscle building programs. The truth is that it all comes down to a combination of doing the workouts and willpower. If one has both then you can get into good shape with basically any regiment of legit exercises since it all comes down to just using your muscles. However things like P90X probably do work fairly well as they DO combine a number of tried and true exercise regiments. I'm not sure I buy the concept of muscle confusion and all that though.
Sounds like the same excuse you use to justify not getting a jerb.
P90x works if you make a solid commitment to it.
I'll look into it. The real reason I have not gotten a job right off the bat is my life long issue with anxiety, depression and social phobia but I don't expect you to understand that? I am working on it though.
See, I think the source of some of your problems is that you think that you are somehow alone in your situation.
Most of life, and anything that will lead to good things involves some anxiety (I'm currently on anti-anxiety meds, amongst other things).
Everyone has adversity to overcome, get back on the train before you fall so far behind you can't recover.
I know you're a nice guy, we've met, I'm not sure if you would remember though.
heh a little dry maybe but not THAT bad.
