I know who the op is, he's been trolling L&R forever. That doesn't mean he can't ever have a valid question or gripe. As it happens, much the same thing happened to me, so in this case, I feel his pain.

It's gotten to the point where if I heard him sneeze I'd think he was trolling.

Ever heard the story about the boy who cried wolf? Yeah, that.

Still not as bad on the wallet though, since it's just rolled up into taxes I have to pay anyway. It's money I never see, basically.

Now if only we could get the natives to pay it too. They've had a break for long enough me thinks. :awe: *ducks from flying arrows*

good luck with that...

they'll just take over some more sub-divisions and block a highway or 2 then drink themselves in to oblivion. wash, rinse, repeat.

I got a notice from my company that our health insurance is going up this month. My company will be paying $1600/month and I will have to pay $500. Is there anyway I can use Obamacare to lower my premiums? $500 is ridiculous.

You're young enough to be on your parents plan.

Or go on a hunger strike.

Actually to be fair, some of their protests have value, like the fact that Harper declared all protected lakes and forests no longer protected. That's a big one that most people did not even realize happened.

Bahaha... Where are our Dear Leader's lapdogs?

Anyone with an ounce of common sense told you all this would happen. I made a thread about it months ago, promising we would start seeing these posts. And here they are.

Nothing in life is free OP. You're supposed to get a warm fuzzy feeling cause you're paying for people on the handout train to be able to get their pain meds for nearly free rather than paying ER visit costs. They gotta afford that late model chrysler somehow!

I don't like the guy either but I commend him for having the balls to at least try to do something. Name one thing that that shit for brains Bush did for anyone other than himself and his cronies anything. Just one single good thing he did in 8 years. Nothing.

You can't be serious.. Bush was no saint, that's for sure, but nothing he did has even come close to the long-term royal screw job our Dear Leader has done to this country.

CHOO CHOO handout train full steam ahead! Gotta support his voting bloc!

I never troll. Everyone here doesn't understand my situation and assume I troll.

That's because your situations never make sense....lol. It only makes sense that you make shit up and troll because it's the only valid explanation for some of the crazy stories you post.

That and most the time you do a post and run once people start asking questions, then a week later something else happens and you post about it.

I don't know why I just bothered typing that.

Sorry but I don't follow up a lot because I'm not here all the time.

Ouch. My employer still pays the full bill for me. Family is $900/month so I'd buy the OP's claim of $500. Mess is crazy, luckily all we have to pay is for a single plan for my daughter at $150/month privately. Through my job it would have been $300.

Read the OP's claim again. It's $2100 per month. That's ridiculous. I have a $0 deductible, $10/visit, no copay for ER if admitted, $2 generic prescriptions... And, a family plan. It doesn't cost anywhere near the OP's claim.

I put you down for 25 years old.

You can go straight to the Kaiser website. There 16 plans available.

https://individual-family.kaiserpermanente.org/healthinsurance/plan/compare

222/month for their cheapest plan, bronze

395/month for their most expensive, platinum plan.

You're trolling us again.

Yep. The OP is claiming he's paying more than 5 times the price Kaiser advertises. That's not even in the right ballpark.

Yeah, it doesn't add up. There's something that OP isn't telling us.

In my experience, Kaiser has always been one of the lower cost HMO options.

I checked the Kaiser website on the available plans. I looked at the top tier one (Platinum) and it's $860. However the coverage of the Platinum plan is not as good as mine. Most visits with my plan (called the KFHP 1000) are $0 with some being $20 co-pay without deductible. So I don't know what to tell you.

Some if I were to get coverage without going through my company I would have to pay more for less coverage.

I am on the cheapest plan which is Kaiser. They offer Blue Cross but it's even more.

Just you?

I pay $12 for Kaiser, and it's low deductible blah blah whatever. Would be $30/month if I added a spouse.

....I call shens, or your company just flat-out sucks.
