I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday (all four) and because my gums are still relatively sore, I am eating softer foods, including yogurt.

I have never really eaten yogurt before, but I have to say, it is very tasty. My favorite: light blueberry. It is the best.

I don't get why people get their wisdom teeeth pulled, mine will stay where they are, i use them for chewing.

Is it laziness and you don't know how to brush your fuckin teeth properly or is ist just doen out of general principle?

No densist worth the money would ever pull a healthy tooth causing no problems and yet, some do?

You set yourself up to get ripped apart by the local ATOT dentist.

I like cappuccino, and maple vanilla the best, but I'm pretty cool with any smooth type(no chunks of fruit in the bottom, too sweet)

Strawberry yoghurt rules, but I'm into pretty much any flavour except passion fruit (fuck, passion fruit fucking sucks).

Yogurt is indeed delicious.

If you like yogurt, I recommend trying kefir. It's a bit more runny than yogurt, a little more tart, but a splash along with milk in cereal is excellent, and it's very good for you because of all the probiotics.

They don't pull them just because they feel like it. Usually it's because the person's mouth doesn't have enough room for them.

I've got like 1/2" of space between my wisdom teeth and the end of my mandible, so I'm good and still have them.

If you can find it locally, Liberté Mediterranean will pwn pretty much anything else you've ever tried.

The yogurt is higher in milk fat, 8% for the fruit ones, 10% for the plain, but it's so worth it you won't care. It's thick, it's creamy, and it will ruin you for low-fat and no-fat yogurts for life.

I see you live in the United Kingdom, your incomprehension is forgiven.

My wisdom teeth were impacted, half coming out, and one was turned on its head. Such teeth are sort of lingering right below the gum but they're not invulnerable to germs and plaque that get stuck out of reach of the tooth brush.

One of my wisdom teeth erupted quite literally at the rear of my mouth completely out of reach of my tooth brush.

Eventually, the tooth would get eaten in half and infection would infest my whole mouth. I'd rather have them out now than have them be a bother later when I'm older and less able to cope.

As it is, when I get back into working out, yogurt will be certainly in high stock in my Fridge.

P.S. I go for yoplait, it's a local yogurt

Yogurt is the most disgusting food ever created. It's got that horrible sour taste to it. Makes me want to throw up just thinking about it. I literally gag when I smell it.

JoS, I had one impacted wisdom tooth pulled when I was 17. (gotta love those USMC dentists...one quick shot of novacaine and POW!)

Otherwise, I've had a couple pulled since then as they bastards rot from the inside. (genetic thing :roll but still have one lower one left in my middle 50's.

Before she developed lactose intolerance, (at age 50 no less) my wife loved yogurt. I could never stand the taste of the shit myself....then, on the label of one she bought, it said," Reconstituted milk products," but to me when I read it, it said, "Regurgitated milk products." I finally understood the nasty fucking taste.

Never could stand the crap they sell as frozen yogurt either.

Add some fresh blueberries and granola to it and you have the perfect breakfast treat.

Local to planet Earth.

'Scuz me, being a n00b at yogurts, I wasn't sure how commonplace it was, so it's a brand. I'm glad more people know about it.

weak...I ate lunch the same day I had all four of mine pulled. I did bleed all over the place though that day.

That said, 10+ years later I still have 3 wisdom teeth.

That's a neat trick. You got all 4 teeth pulled, and 3 grew back. You're a shark I guess?
