Alright, just want to check about these temps for my OCed CPU. I've recently been playing Metro Last Light and I've realized that it's an incredibly demanding game for both my CPU and GPU and pretty much my whole system. Here are my specs:
Mobo(ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3): http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z68VGEN3/
CPU(i7-3770k, OCed from 3.5Ghz to 4.4Ghz on air): http://www.amazon.com/Intel-i7-3770K...words=i7-3770k
CPU Heatsink/Cooler/Fan(Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus):http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-...evo+cpu+cooler
Chassis/CPU fans(A pair of S-Flex's Es mounted to the above CPU Heatsink and two GT AP-14 mounted to the side and back of my chassis, big thanks to user "`br4dz-" for recommending these fans, I can only hear the fans when my room is almost completely silent)
RAM(Corsair Vengeance(2x4GB) CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9): http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengea...Z8GX3M2A1600C9
Main System SSD(Crucial M4 64GB): http://www.amazon.com/Crucial-2-5-In...M4-CT064M4SSD2
Main Gaming SSD(SanDisk Ultra Plus SSD 256 GB): http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultra-...SSDHP-256G-FFP
Main Storage HDD(Seagate Baracuda 7200.11 500GB HDD): http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-ST3500...te+ST3500820AS
SLI GPU #1(GeForce GTX 670 Windforce OC 3X 2048MB): http://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GV-N6...+GV-N670OC-2GD
SLI GPU #2(ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II 2GB): http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-G...TX670-DC2-2GD5
PSU(Seasonic X-850(SS-850KM Active PFC F3)): http://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-ATX12...0+Seasonic+PSU
Now my question, when I play Metro Last Light, I play it with the settings almost completely maxed out with everything pretty much as high as it can go. When I do this, my CPU temps hit 77 degrees. How good or bad is this? I pretty much just left everything at stock and simply upped my CPU to 4.4ghz and I've never actually had an issue with my system. Is 77 degrees okay or should I be worried?
