i7 920 build----review? Thanks you guys

Im thinking whether i should get an i7 920 or an 8 core shanghai?
Im planning on using video editing/some gaming/ watching movies---all stuff
I dont plan on OC a lot---maybe around 3.2 GHz and let it stay there but 24/7
Here is my hypothetical specs (rough):
I7 920 :$150 ---intel retail edge
12GB (Need a brand--1333)DDR3 :$200
Gigabyte U4DP~$200
Corsair HX520 (carry over):0
WD6400AAKS 640GB Caviar Blue(from current pc):0
Another WD6400AAKS Cavair Black 1TB (any other suggestions?): $100
Radeon 4850 (carry over): $0
Case-P180 (carry over): $0
Total is around $650 give or take

and might add the ASUS VH236H or do dual Acer X203Hbd?

how does that look?
Was wondering if the Dark Knight is a good enough fan?
Is my PSU good enough?

It's only for people who work in retail jobs in certain stores. If you were eligible, you would've heard about it by now

For RAM, I like G.Skill - 2 3x2GB kits of CAS7 DDR3-1333 should run you $190 ($95 each) from Newegg. The Dark Knight is definitely good enough for what you want to do as well.

Dude you sure you need 12 GB? I'd just get one 3x2 GB kit, then order another one later if you feel like it's not enough. Cause it probably will be..

after effects with HD res. takes a lot of room and so does 3D rendering
i will just order 1 kit first though bc i need to make money for the second one
