IBM Workpad c3, just like Palm Vx for $199.00 (noPM, no coupon, no rebate)

Computer Geeks has the IBM Wordpad c3 for $199, I believe it's basically just like the Palm Vx, just that it's black, and also has the ability to sync with Lotus Notes... I'm thinking of getting one of these, only I already have a Palm IIIxe... or maybe one for my girl
