Count me out. I believe that TIM application makes a greater difference than the choice of TIM. Not worth bothering, even for free stuff.

We need about 80 more people!

How do we go about spreading the word?

I'll put a link in the F@H stats thread.

Hook me up! My trusted Arctic silver ceramique is running out anyway. Running a WC'ed Q6600 on a GA-X38-DS4.

edit: and one of the best ways to make sure no one reads the topic is to make it a sticky. Seriously, who checks the stickies every time you enter a forum you visit multiple times a day?

I don't run folding@home, but I wouldn't mind testing the stuff on my overclocked Sempron.

Looks like this stuff will be a challenge to apply....and I have no talent when it come to this sort of thing!

I'll give it a shot though!

If nobody has an objections, maybe we just get started with the sample phase?

Post here on the forum registering your interest. then send me an email at innovationcooling@att.net referencing your post or alias so I can validate it.

send me your mailing address in a format that be cut and pasted for mail processing and I will start mailing out samples.

If you want to set up a contest I will donate 30 tubes to the contest winner(s) with some breakdown going to the 1st,2nd, 3rd or whatever you guys agree on.

Then we start a results thread where I will post an application introduction, then you people are on your own

I'm interested. I used IC Diamond 7 on a client's rig once. I'd like to use it for my own rigs to test against Swiftech's and AS5 (the current TIM's I'm using).
Sounds good.

Hi mrwizer,
Very good to see you.
Welcome back!

You can only participate if doing F@H, correct?
I am not so sure about that. I think the most important part is crunching @ 100% load, 24/7 and knowing your temps (room, CPU) before using their compound and being able to monitor temperatures after applying the stuff.
Why don't you mail him and ask.

I think that Amaroque wants to joins this test and he crunches DPAD ... and no one has yet denied his participation.

Smoke, ICD7, please correct me if I am wrong!

Welcome back!

Thanks.

Well, if other projects are allowed, I would be happy to try it on my OCed Athlon 64. Although it isnt on F@H, I tend to stay on the BOINC projects. And it happens to be my only OCed computer currently, as most of the machines I run DC on are in production environments and would not like over clocking.

So I will sit out with no issue to allow those who do more intensive over clocking if desired.
