Hi and welcome to the forums. You can, of course, do as you please - but a friendly pointer - most of us know the keyboard well and are none too fond of AOL, its users or their language. In fact, if I remember correctly, AOL users are banned from posting here (though it doesn't have to do with their typing habits). You'll find a much more receptive forum if you type words out instead of the "y ur 2 plz b 4 wut" stuff.

i started out at 370 ... lost down 2 ... 270 but the meds (for seizures & migraines that i have to take since the attack on me from ex in 2004 caused me to gain 30 back)

In 2004 - 2005 (dec to dec) i lost 100 gained back 30
my goal for 2005 - 2006 (dec to dec) is to lose the remaining 130 (at least 100)

thank u for the pointer... although it isnt short hand due to aol it is short hand due to having to type fast for notes in class.... professors speak fast.... I type faster then i can hand print... so i tend to use short hand alot and that is just me.
