This baggage is very harsh. It could work, but it will require alot of work & patient from both parties. Even if the OP love and treat the kid like a princes/prince the mom will often defend her offspring even those the child is in the wrong.

Run away quickly.

Ignore this girl, it's not so much that she has a kid but rather she has a kid at a relatively young age and that her man of three years doesn't even want to put up with her. I would bet she just wants somebody - anybody - to take care of her and her kid.

Her having a kid isnt the end of the world. Things like that sometimes happen, even to responsible normal people. Condoms and Birth Control are not 100% perfect. Kids sometimes make mistakes. So on so forth. If you think you are up to the challenge and you think you really would like to be with her then go for it... WTH, you only live once.

Just make sure that is what you really want as opposed to what you *think* you want.

That sounds like justification for you wanting the relationship with her to work. As with almost every ATOT YAGT, you're not going to listen to the advice given here and will instead do whatever you had figured on doing before you made the thread.

excuse me, but, however, you are wrong. while the majority of the advice was "2 MONTH OLD BABY, DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!" some of it was not. so i may not follow what most of the members say i should, but, i do get valuable feedback to consider things i would not have thought of otherwise. which is always the point of getting advice right?

Dating Rule #12 Dont Date A girl Who has a Current BF.

if she just had Kid it might be ok but a current BF will cause problems.

You just don't get it do you. He will ALWAYS be in her life because of the baby. You are being used man, pure and simple. If that's cool with you, then enjoy the ride while it lasts in fvcked up land.

If you're looking for something more serious then this is a waste of your time.

Mark my words dude, she WILL burn you. Likely by being with you, for maybe even a few months, then leaving you to go back to him. Or worse yet, just flat out cheating on you with him.

It's simply not worth it man, protect your sanity while you can.

Twas beauty that killed the beast (beauty representing her, and beast representing your dumb @ss in this case).

Answer this truthfully, are you even prepared to fully take on the responsibility of a child? Do you even KNOW what that entails? This is coming from a single father with full custody of his son, so please at least think about what I say.

The idyllic notion of woman and kids is just that; idyllic. In no way does it represent what will be the reality of your future should you choose to follow this path. Right now you are in love with the fact someone is showing interest in you, that is all. No one is saying don't talk to the woman, at least I am not. But give it time and maybe relate to her a couple times a month at first; wait to see how her current boyfriend works out, like others have said she will most likely go back to him as it is the father of her child.

If she is indeed somewhat eager to leave her current boyfriend, don't be too surprised if she will be eager to leave you in the future.
