Her having a kid isnt the end of the world. Things like that sometimes happen, even to responsible normal people. Condoms and Birth Control are not 100% perfect. Kids sometimes make mistakes. So on so forth. If you think you are up to the challenge and you think you really would like to be with her then go for it... WTH, you only live once.

excuse me, but, however, you are wrong. while the majority of the advice was "2 MONTH OLD BABY, DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!" some of it was not. so i may not follow what most of the members say i should, but, i do get valuable feedback to consider things i would not have thought of otherwise. which is always the point of getting advice right?

Right now you are in love with the fact someone is showing interest in you, that is all. No one is saying don't talk to the woman, at least I am not. But give it time and maybe relate to her a couple times a month at first; wait to see how her current boyfriend works out, like others have said she will most likely go back to him as it is the father of her child.
