This whole hypothetical situation is silly anyway. There could never be a school with such a policy because it would be discriminatory against people who can ONLY eat nuts and are allergic to everything else. Especially if this were a school in a town full of a race of squirrel-people, such a policy would never fly.

They should have never let the squirrel-people immigrate.

Man, school has become incredibly pussified and protective these days. I understand the serious health concerns of food allergies, but implementing a strict 'no allergen' policy is just a little excessive. What about people who are allergic to pollens? And those allergic to lactose? I'm allergic to grass, so should I file a motion to remove all the grass from school campuses and replace with astroturf?

Personally I think it's BS banning the sandwich that has helped families send their kids to school for decades because some lungers are out there.

We need to let these kids just die out instead of contaminating the gene pool.

seriously..where were these crazy allergies 50 yrs ago? they all died. now we have all these rules, warning labels, and products to keep these weak people alive..
