If i transfer my funds to bank from PP can they cancel?

Im planning on withdrawing funds from my PP acc because im suspicous about payment from last time >_>. Can Paypal CANCEL the transfer from my account to my bank?

is that possible? and no, i sold a 400GB on ebay and i had to upgrade my account to accept since it was a CC payment. Im just scared he will chargeback

In that case, you better start the transfer now. When I accept CC payment for eBay auctions, I transfer the money to my bank acct ASAP as well. I've never had a charge back though.
