Probably kiwi. Or maybe ice cream (vanilla probably, or maybe Superman), but I think I'd be able to stand kiwi longer. Kiwi is greatest fruit and all others wilt before its greatness.

Pizza is pretty much just "stuff on bread" where the stuff and the bread are super varied. Its probably the thing to get least bored of if you have to eat it forever.

That depends on what one considers to be an item. Dishes are usually made with many ingredients. When I make pottage, I'll use whatever I have on hand.
