I have to laugh at all this -- it is a scummy, crappy little car sales place. They have no room to belittle anyone, working at a place like that.

That interview is golden. To NUSNA_Moebius' point, I feel bad that she's being harassed at home... she and her kids definitely do not deserve that and that is totally unacceptable.

That said, there are a few gems in that interview. "I don't want to work there, that place is out of control blah blah blah." You mean with people threatening to boot pizza delivery guys in the ass? She points to a systemic problem, but fails to recognize she was the poster child of that problem. Props to her for (finally) acknowledging her role in the ordeal and owning up to the fact that they were essentially bullying the delivery guy. Props to the hosts for painting her in that corner and not letting her out of it until she faced reality

What if the whole thing was faked and the parties agreed ahead of time to split the money??? (Probably not the case, but think about how easy this would be for everyone, except perhaps the owner of the car place.

That is, if all the employees hate where they're working, let's say at a Radio Shack, the employees get together with a friend at a local pizza place and stage something like this. They split the crowd funded money among themselves and consider it a severance package.

You shouldn't belittle people regardless if you are wealthy or work at a job making $7 an hour. It's called respect and class. It really shows that you're an insecure jerk if you need to belittle people to make yourself feel better.

People on the net can be gullible. There was a guy on TwitchTv named ZillionOp. He claimed that he was wheelchair bound. This went on for a while. People were sending him donations, and a few even chipped in to buy Zillion a wheelchair. It all came to an end when he got up to get something to drink. He could walk!

Regardless of what you think of someone, how they treat service industry people (cashiers, waiters, servers etc) tells you more then they themselves could. Someone that treats a pizza delivery driver like this is NOT a good or nice person. I don't feel sorry for anyone at the car dealership for any e-justice being dealt out. They went way above and beyond being typical assholes by recording and uploading the video.

Also, seriously who calls a place to say they over tipped by $7 and want them to come back??? Over tipped by $25-50-$100? Sure make the call, $7, you're an asshole to make that call.

Just because you are in the service industry doesn't mean that you should be expected to take abuse.

Let's look at what really happened. The pizza guy just wanted to explain. Didn't want them thinking he ran off with the money. Any decent person would want to clear their intentions. They basically accused him of running off with the money. That's a stab at your decency and character.

The dealers were total morons and screwed up not thinking about it or adding at all. After the pizza guy left they thought, woe man did we give him $7 tip?? No way he deserves that much, dur. So the cheapskates call him back and are now mad and projecting their stupidity on the pizza guy and blaming him for taking off with it. Feeling like they got duped or something. Not wanting to come to terms that they were the fools.

When he arrives he just wants to explain that he's not a thief or anything. But in so doing the dealers for one take great offense that this lowly pizza guy is daring to explain himself to them. They feel they are better. And two, they are inadvertently proven to be idiots which infuriates them and they get a mob mentality/tribal thing going and gang up on him.

If you notice the one bald guy tries to say something like 'oh it's like at the grocery store when you give the cashier some change to get back an even amount'. lol ok dummy. That's when you give them an extra 10 cents to bring it to an even dollar on 90 cents change or something. How the flip does giving him 5 extra dollars going to do that?? So the pizza guy is like reasoning with them, that it does no good to give the extra $5 because he'd have to give it right back if he was expecting change. It doesn't round anything up in any way. Being proven a moron instead of being humble the dealer goes nuts. And the rest of the morons can't figure it out either and just take offense at being confronted with logic they don't understand.

At no point was the pizza guy wrong. Always stand up for yourself. No one has the right to crap on you.
