Man, the ending of this makes me choke up:1) Probably either Addams Family or Medieval Madness pinball machine, or Attack from Mars
2) Space Harrier (the one where you sit in the moving chair)
3) A MAME cabinet
I actually have a Black Knight 2000 pinball machine and I love it, but something more modern with deeper rules/challenges would be awesome. I'll work on #3 at some point, and if I ever see #2 for sale (highly unlikely) and I have enough room for it, I'll pick it up. I played it at Fun Spot a few months ago and it was my favorite machine there.
I played a ton of it and got really good but it’s an experience that was duplicated near perfectly on home consoles soon after. Hydro Thunder, Daytona USA, Space Harrier, etc just weren’t the same at home.Surprised there are so few mentioning shooter games. Area 51 was amazing fun and a total waste of quarters when i was growing up:
You have two of the PCBs I’ve always wanted (KI & KI2). Only 2 PCBs I own are pretty redundant...I own one and it's more than enough. It's in my garage though. With emulators and all that crap, having a cabinet isn't really worth it. Sure it's cool and all, but that's about it. I haven't turned mine on in a long time. I said one day I'd turn it into a mame cabinet but that hasn't happened and don't know if/when it will. Maybe when my son is older and we want to have a project to do together.
Oh yeah, and I own a Killer Instinct 2 cabinet and I have KI1 in there. I also own KI2, MK1, and MK2 PCB's.
