if your body does age slower (which would most likely be the case), you could easily be 400-500 years old before your body starts to go down hill. With the rate science and technology is going we might even cure aging within the century, aging 10 times slower would mostly just guarantee you'd live until we achieve it.
Personally I'd probably take a gamble on healing factor as chances are it would increase your life span as well and you could build your body very easily and have amazing stamina. Other than that I'd probably increase my intelligence 10x.
Although the downside to intelligence could be that you'd have no intellectual equals which could potentially suck hardcore. All your friends would be like children...
