funny....I sent out the following email yesterday and got a response today (less than 12 hours later). Now lets see if they pay the rebate, and associated bank fees I was charged.
MY EMAIL:
I am sending my 3rd email regarding my denied rebate, to which I have yet to receive any type of response since being sent on January 24 2009 and again on March 8th 2009. My rebate was denied and unpaid as per the terms listed on

http://www.antec.com/Believe_i...x.php?page=info_rebate . I have attached all the necessary documentation that I have.
I would very much appreciate some type of response this time around otherwise I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Its hard to believe that this is the same company that handled my recent product rma so quickly and efficiently, and now is completely ignoring me about a rebate claim.
ANTEC RESPONSE:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of our rebate processing company. We have had to create an entire new chain of alternate processes in order to deal with this, and since that work was completed and verified we have been steadily sending out replacement checks and new payments.
Your rebate has been processed and the check should be going out next week. Thank you for your patience.
