Hey everyone, just thought you may want to read a poem that I wrote. Criticism is accepted because I'm a newcomer to writing (songs, poems, etc.). If anyone with experience has any pointers or tips, those are welcome to. Also, Feel free to post any of your own work if you'd like.

Just for one day
Step into my mind
Tell me the horror that you find
Just for one day
You?ll see through my eyes
You?ll feel my pain
You?ll hear someone?s cries
The twisted reality that is me
I know it?s hard to believe
The reason I?m this way I do not know
But these are all feelings I never show
Perhaps for one day I?ll delve into your mind
then I?ll tell you the perfection that I find
Just For one day
I?ll see me through your eyes
I?ll know your thoughts
and I?ll hear your cries
I?ll feel your pain that I did not know
