Good luck moving to or becoming a citizen of many of the countries listed here. Most of them have far stricter imigration policies then the US does.

I was just in Japan and loved it there. Two problems, though. Language barrier and it's just WAY too expensive.

New Zealand and Australia are my top choices. Vietnam, I wouldn't eat the clam there. That country doesn't have a good sewage system , waste treatment...there wasn't any when I left. The natives there go out to the beach each day early in the morning to relieve themselves. All that human waste go straight into the rivers and ocean, untreated.

People who say they want to move because they don't like the current administration miss the whole frickin point of a democracy. Gosh I wish you had to take an IQ test to be a citizen.

Love the good ole' usa but if I lived in another country right now it would be New Zealand.

Spent several weeks there and it's the only foreign country (incl england) where I felt at home.

Once I was watching a movie, the frighners with MJ fox. So-So peter jackson movie but the entire time I was all like: Wow I want to live there!

Got through the movie and sat though the credits to find out where it was filmed and of course it was new zealand.....

(I think it was filmed in that little town outside christchurch I never got to)

EDIT: Skimming through the tread I see some votes for victoria and vancouver B.C. I love both of those places; other than the sucky health care they are wonderful.

Funny thing though, I never thought of them as in a foreign country, canada always seems pretty much like the USA, just a little cleaner......
