I'd buy junked WWII (well, pre-1950) military aircraft (primarily fighters and bombers) and restore them, then either sell them to mueums/collectors or rent them or just sell rides on them.

For myself, I would keep an La-7, an Me-262, an He-162, a B-17, and a Yak-9K.
