I wouldn't buy an LTE phone on Verizon right now, its only a few weeks until the Bionic is launched, and other LTE devices following in October. The current LTE devices are all 2010 phones with an LTE radio and all get lousy battery life.

Of the three though, I think the Thunderbolt is the best choice. Its sturdy, has the most community development, and has cheap on contract pricing. The Charge is a decent device, but its battery life is no better than the Thunderbolt's. Its screen is much nicer, being SAMOLED, but it doesn't seem to have a lot of dev support because the Samsung devs are wanting the SGS2 variants. The Revolution . . . shrug, its the same hardware as the TB, with no dev support, Bing, and LG's a relative new comer to the high end arena.

I'd hold off until September and October, for the Bionic, Vigor, and Stratosphere.

It's got more RAM than the Charge:

768MB > 512MB

Also, I still haven't forgiven Samsung for their GPS fuckup.

To be fair, the Thunderbolt's current gps issue is probably at least as bad as the Galaxy S 1.

The Tbolt doesn't have a GPS issue, unless you're running a AOSP rom. With a Sense rom, it works flawlessly.

However, I'd wait for a month until the Bionic/SGS II come out. Those *should* obliterate any of the current crop of LTE phones.

Had this opportunity several months ago before the price changes. And Amazon had each of them for free.

I still didnt buy.

I have the ThunderBolt, it's a good phone, I'm a Samsung hater, and would likely never recommend a Samsung phone because of the GPS issues i previous models.

T-Bolt is the only 4G single core Verizon phone that got enough traction to be worth a damn (community-wise) in 6 months.

Charge has same problem as Infuse-many of the guys smart enough to make ROMs are smart enough to avoid such phones when the SGS2 is coming.

And you couldn't pay me to have an LG phone.
