So the Camry has a more comfortable ride?
Not quite that simple, for instance when I brought my wife home from the hospital, she would have been better off in a Camry or even a taxi than our Accord. That @#$% car seemed to find every bump and rut on the way home. Multipurpose vehicles are full of compromises. When I'm alone in the Accord on a curvy road I like it a lot, in many other circumstances, not so much.As with nearly all Honda vs. Toyota comparisons, the answer is very simple: If you like to drive, get the Honda; you'll love it. If you don't like to drive, get the Toyota; you'll love it.
Can't understand the Camry hate, other than it must be a rather young crowd. If you want to be Ricky Racer, neither car is appropriate. Get a sportbike or a hot rod for that, no car should be expected to do everything. The Camry is a great people hauler, which is its mission.
