His friends except for one have basically left him, and the one that is left is unsure of what exactly we should be doing for the guy right now. He's talking ok but not really making any sense. Is it ok for him to lay down/sleep? Should we be feeding him or giving him drinks?

You'd probably be safest keeping him awake until you can do some research on the internet on the correct thing to do.

Though if you start getting scared, the ER might be a good place to start.

Like I said, usually the safest course is to keep him awake.

If he isn't a friend, just drop him off at the ER. I think he'd prefer getting stuck with a bill than death.

Yep, wouldn't they be held liable since they had a chance to call 911 and didn't?

If he's between 500 milligrams and 1.5 grams you're gonna have a rough night. Take him to the ER NOW. If you take him they will not notify the police at the ER to get you, if you're only dropping him off. If you've done any yourself or someone else that goes with you has, DO NOT TAKE THEM.

He's (the kid that did the coke, not the poster) probably also worried about going to jail... but screw him. Given the choice of being responsible for his death, or him taking responsibility for his stupidity, I'd pick him being responsible for his stupidity any day. Take him to the ER.
