You might just have a faulty "probe". I would go ahead and trust the temp reported in bios, though high, it seems more reasonable than what the probe is reporting.
Check the temp in bios first thing in the morning on boot up. It should read slightly higher than room temp and rise steadily as the system stabilizes. If it is 30+F degrees at boot-up within 10sec of initial start, than that would seem high, but remember, the cpu temp will change very rapidly for the first 20-30F degrees before it stabilizes with no load.
