I'd wouldn't spend that much. I'd buy a really nice 4-5 bedroom house. Not anything ridiculously huge...just very nice. I'd buy like a 40-60k luxury sports car.
I'd create scholarship funds, and donate some money to education. Specifically engineering and science. Our nation is falling behind.
I'd look to donate money into researching genetics. There's so much we'll be able to do with this...prenatal selection, life extension, disease study/immunity. We'd save lives. And if we raised the lifespan to 150 years or so, we'd dramatically increase economic productivity and relaxation/vacation time.
A common argument against life extension I hear from people is that they only want to live to be 70. I think this is because they think that no matter what, they'll be crippled and withered when 70 years after birth has been reached. That's the whole point of life extension: To slow aging itself. With a 150 year lifespan, 70 would be like 30 now.
