I'd honestly build a big ass facility next to my new moderatly sized house, that would be my manly workshop/electronics playground.

This facility would have rooms for building/testing computers/robotic things I make, a full metal/woods shop w/ waterjet machine and paint booth for doing manly things to computer cases, and automobiles. Lan party room w/ gaming computers to accommodate however many new found friends I may have Server room to host all sorts of crap on my direct internet connection, and a massive Special FX/3D render farm/DC cluster. Also I would have a furnished studio building for making Indi movies in, that would be rented out VERY cheap to help out the filmmakers of the nation when I'm not using it, along with full digital edit suites, audio recording/mixing, and a theatre for showing the completed projects.

And after all that is built I would need a small field across the street where I can blow sh1t up

I'd build a private school in this small rural town that anyone could attend for free as long as they were serious about getting an education. I'd handpick the teachers and administrators and the curriculum and activities would fit my philosophy of education. They'd have the best of everything to give them the opportunity to explore their interests and prepare them to go on to do and be anything they wanted.

And, I'd fish daily until I got bored of it... Many years, probably. And, as atypical as it may sound, I'd probably do that before I did many of the typical things, other than see that my family and wife's family were comfortable.
