Probably a better video card. 2nd choice would be memory. 3rd would be custom water cooling setup.

It would depend on what I already had.

Though right now for me? I would seriously invest in some quieter fans and zalman stuff or a water cooling set up of some sort.

PC is powerful, but loud =/

List your current system specs for specific recommendations. Memory or Video would be my pick for my system.

My computer is specs are:

Radeon 9800 Pro
512MB of DDR
3.2 Ghz P4
Soundblaster Audigy ZS
OPTORITE DVD RW DD0201
ATI TV Wonder Pro
80GB Western Digital
40 GB Maxtor

These specs are good enough. I am looking for accessories...

I'd play around with a water cooling system, like the new passive Zalman one

You could also buy a PDA...

If you're looking for somewhere to bump up your system and dump some $$, I'd look at going from 512MB to 1GB of memory. It doesn't look like memory is going to get cheaper anytime soon, IMO.

Audigy 2 ZS Platinum EX (I think, maybe not...the break-out box one).
Anything left over: pizza.

I'd buy a couple 512MB sticks of PC3200 or faster RAM and a nice new office chair to sit in with the remainder!

If I'm not thinking too far outside the box here... a Canon A70, a couple sets of 4 NiMH 'AA' rechargeables & charger, a 256MB CompactFlash card and a CF reader. And if you have the money left over, a budget tripod (about $40). Digicam = fun!

Your computer is powerful enough. Get a girlfriend. She'll make that $300 disappear fast.

lol, if you have no idea on what you would spend it, for gods sake, dont spend it then. there will be times around when you WILL know what to get, and then you'll need that $300, dont spend to spend.
