What if your wife (or husband) was fat before you married, and after marriage, decided to diet and exercise? Would you divorce them because they were a different person than the one you married?

My wife's cousin has a husband that insists that she stays in shape. He is a puny little army sergeant that eats whatever he wants and never gains weight. They just had a kid and she is slipping a little and this guy makes the most obnoxious comments to her, right in front of other people. I've never understood people like this, she isn't unhealthy, and just had a child. Yet when she asks him to quit smoking and drinking he laughs at her.
Anyhow, she mentioned to my wife the other day that she is regretting marrying him, and she is fed up with his comments. I hope she divorces the little tool.
