If you ran 10km a day you could eat whatever you want, I'd rather be able to run the 10km and eat whatever I want.
Imagine what you'd look like if you ran 10km a day and didn't have a shit diet. Like I said, running is good, but diet is vastly more important.
I run nearly every day. It's part of my job requirement.fucking WRONG, running will cure the worlds obesity. sounds like you know jack shit about running and the human body.
However, I'm not foolish enough to think that will keep me fit.
I'm not sure you quite understand me. Are you trying to suggest that average cardio is enough to keep everything physically fit if they stuff their face with shit all day? Obviously this is barring athletes as they sustain a higher level of training.
