Depends on how sick you are. I am thinking your not extremely ill that you are willing to play games and nef on anadtech. If you are really sick, sleeping is very helpful on the road to getting better quicker...

Technically, you're supposed to sleep. But if you can't sleep or get restless with being in bed, it's ok to sit up on the computer as long as it doesn't stress you out make you tired/feel worse. Make sure the stints in bed are longer than the nef stints and you will feel better in no time.

Right now I have a 102F temp, so I know how you feel. I laid on the couch all day yesterday, so I'm pretty sick of watching TV and laying around.

As long as you are relaxed and not exerting energy, being on the PC is fine. Now gaming generally raises your heartbeat, so that's not a good idea (unless it's solitaire or something.) I can't imagine wanting to play a FPS game in the state I'm in now.
