and if you don't like the graphics, you're blind!
I don't think anyone ever said (or would say) they didn't like the graphics.
But it's secondary, behind gameplay.

i loved AC2, it was the first game i've been interested enough to finish. is the UC series like AC2?
Not at all. It's more linear for one (no side missions) and there really is no stealth involved other than hiding behind a rock and shooting. More like GoW with some elements of puzzles.
warcow, are all the puzzle solutions Drake's journal?
Damn, I just messaged my Gamestop employed friend and he said his store isn't doing a midnight launch for Uncharted because they don't have enough reserves. I guess I'll have to find another store so I can get it at midnight.
"There are too many AAA titles coming out this season, and as sad as it is people would rather buy Call of Duty 2011 than play a good game."
I never understood the need to get a game at midnight launch...
what isnt there to understand?
the sooner you get it, the sooner you can play it.

I enjoyed 1 and 2, but I'll admit, 1 seemed to drag in places. I took breaks from the game and it took me a couple of months to finish.
UC2, on the other hand, was one I could not put down and finished it in a week.

Don't know. I'm usually asleep at midnight so I don't drag ass at work the next day. Even if a game was in my physical possession at midnight launch, I wouldn't play it until the next day. I get the playing it sooner part, but personally, I'm not willing to go out of my way to play it the (mid)night before.
I've only done it once and that was Halo3. I found out a bunch of co-workers were going to get it and we all decided to take the day off. Probably will never do it again, but it was fun.

It should be waiting for me at home tonight. Of course, I don't know yet if my wife is going to make me wait until my birthday to play it.
