I know the website is probably taken. I conceived this idea when I send and email to Sprint, because of a bad invoice they send me an informative email about how it was a problem that was my fault and they are going to charged me. Since I have many years of experience with SPRINT, I normally send the same message four to five times because usually one email will go through and the charges will be removed. In my four messages I received back I had three messages in which I send the same reply. One of my statements is that I said I am this close to create a website called www.ihatesprint.com but than I was thinking of something broader. Of actually creating a website called ihateyou.org or something similar to that I have not really though to the name yet but my point is creating a website in which users can gather there customer service problems and complaints about products and service.
Mainly I am just infuriated with Sprint and other companies because many times it does not seem like they even read my email messages they read a part of it and copy and pasted a response from there database.
I figure I would setup a plain and simple web forum in which users can log in and post there complaints.
This website will be purely about complaints and a problem because these websites i believe help these companies stay on there toes. PR is a lot more important today because of the web than 5 years ago.
Tell me what you guys think about my idea? If you like it please add any recomendations. Because I know many of you guys have as many problems as me when it comes to some companies.
