The new colony price isn't that bad once you get past the 2nd one. You can't pillage directly for gold, you have to turn the good around on the markets (which are semi-active).

No more gold pillaging? LAME! I have to turn all resource gathering and researchers off...even after that it will take me 15 hours to get everything I need...anyone want to buy the resources they just gave me? ahaha

has anyone done a breakdown of the units yet? I'm really looking for something that would guide me for battling various wall levels. Level 10 wall would require X rams, Y cats, or Z mortars for a first round kill. I haven't really exploited pillaging much yet so I'd like to get back into it.
