As I said earlier, get rid of welfare entirely, then we can talk about ANYBODY coming here to WORK.

Believe it or not I agree 100% with this. Welfare is another abomination.

This is the real issue, because we have set up a bunch of CRAP to provide for the "less fortunate" we feel like we need to protect said CRAP by violating the very ideals upon which this thing was created.

Anyway, we could have both. The real reason is racism. It is reflected in every immigration law ever passed, and truly shines in the attitudes of those that oppose open borders.

Lots of people cherish both good and bad ideas, the IDEA with life is to eliminate the bad ones as we spot them and continue to progress to a better state of being, as a species.

So, now you're on a good judge of someones character/persona in real life based on their avatar?

It's just a question someone asked me when I mentioned this story. Didn't know what the answer is since I don't know anything/pretend to know about Immigrations Laws particular to this scenario.
My take is let her stay in Mexico, learn to speak Spanish and culture of her people and wait for 3 years and apply for a U.S. visa/green card like everyone else in that long line.
