As I type this, I am beyond drunk. I mean I am totally wasted and a complete idiot at this point.

So why am I making this post?

Well, my typing and grammar is pretty decent. I'm sure a grammar nazi will be able to find something wrong with it, but it's acceptable as vernacular, at the minimum. So why do "drunk" people type like idiots? I'm doing fine. I just blew a 0.2 into a breathalizer.

Fake drunks, or just dumbasses, annoy me. What do you think?

And for the record: no, I didn't drive or do any other irresponsible activities.

I ran out of vodka and am drinking straight gin. It's good gin, but straight? Disgusting.

Vodka at least has the decency to taste like pain and regret. Gin tastes like plants. Rotten ones.

You have to learn the ability, I think.
It doesn't come naturally, being able to type while drunk.
It's like a learned skill - I think you get better able to cope the more you do it, but I think you'd still have a "I can't type" level of drunkenness. It might be right before "I can't breathe" or right at that level... but I can assure you, it's there.


My first time ever getting drunk, it was a few cans of beer. (LOL)
I was chatting on AIM with a few buddies (sis and her BF got me drunk at home), and I could not type for shit. I had a respectable typing ability even then, but dammit I lost that coordination immediately.

I regained it, as long as I care to demonstrate even a remote ability to maintain composure.
