In october of 1992 I was carjacked, my best friend murdered in San Diego. In august of last year (august 2011) I was approached by a supposed member of the defense team to gain information about me and my testimony. I have come to learn this was a rouse and the individual works for the San Francisco Office of Citizen Complaints, specifically (and supposedly) investigating police misconduct. I have called her office and verified her voice. She is now not returning my calls and texts.

What does the first sentence of what you wrote, have to do with the following story?

1992 to 2011 is a long time, I find it hard to believe they are related unless they EXPLICITLY brought up 1992.

I feel like the "San Francisco Office of Citizen Complaints" is what is actually investigating you, because you keep claiming the SFPD and DEA are trailing you. And they probably figure you have schizophrenia, and probably have a way to deal with it, without setting off your paranoia.

The SFPD and DEA do not have the $$$ resources to trail you persistently when you have done nothing wrong. It would cost them probably $200,000 in salaries to have 3-4 men follow you for 7 months.

OP, your best bet would be to go to a hospital and tell a doctor what exactly you've told us. Tell him that you're exhausted from being gang stalked, and that it's gotten to the point where you've considered suicide. Regardless of the reason, you should recognize that thoughts of killing yourself are not normal. Please seek help to overcome this. At the very least a doctor will be able to help you with your anxiety.
