I remember this one time I was going to my car in a parking lot in an area refered to as "Suit Case City". So I hit the parking lot, look for troubles, and spot someone suspicious. I try to skirt the lot and note he's doing the same but on an intercept course for me. I switch directions and so does he.

I m sorry for saying this but you are not sane. You really need to get help. Everything in your story sounds like any day I have ever had in public. There is no reason for the government to spen millions of dollars to follow you around and annoy you. If you had info they didn't want out you would already be dead. Also when the DEA and FBI watch you, you do not know. The reason people are hostile and odd to you is because you have a mental illness and you make them uncomfortable. A big box of shrapnel, two bars wrapped in paper and twine made to look like dynamite- wired to my front door bell with a giant fucking rat on it.

The wires specifically routed to not be seen, I had to hop over it and lift a board to see it go to a transformer then to my doorbell. I clipped the door bell line, threw the rat away and now have the "dyanamite" in a ziplock. one of them is filled with some green shit.

looks like a piece of scrap placed in a box of scrap. Rat keeled over digging in the box of scrap. No "wiring" seems to be there.

Without a blasting cap, dynamite is useless. "Dynamite is set off by the shock of a smaller explosion." "Dynamite is otherwise fairly difficult to set off."

I think it's the old bell assembly from the doorbell. It's been taken down and wrapped up and thrown on the ground. That also explains why it was wired to the doorbell.
