Saw Elvis Costello (age 69) and Daryll Hall (age 75) last night - Elvis was functional and still sounded decent enough.
Daryll was not at his best, his best years are long past when it comes to utilizing his pipes.

Foreigner, while the OG band is old, not one member from the OG was performing, so while it was a great show I felt like I was watching a cover-band!

Queen isn't a good comparison because what they did was (largely) so different.Fogerty is a god-damned genius. CCR is the best classic rock bar none. Nothing even comes close. Maybe Freddy Mercury but you can't exactly go see him live.
I like some Petty songs, but do not like others.
