Badly hung over. Need advice. So far I've consumed a litre of water with some electrolyte sports drink mix stuff. I haven't had breakfast yet.

I definitely agree that greasy food is good. Sadly everything in our house at the moment is healthy, which is annoying. I'm poaching some eggs now, hopefully that will help.
