Ha. Just a guy going with his sweet lil ol' lady mom to the store as per her request to buy a phone for her to bring back overseas with her. I've been inside an apple store twice in my life, this time and once with a girl I'd just started dating so she could pick up an iPad. You would have too if you saw how hot she was

First time I step into an Apple store, I expected to see shelves full of apples. I still wonder to this day how some company can have names and logos so distinct from the actual products and services they sell.

If I am to start a company call banana with a logo of half bitten banana, will consumers presume I sell bananas or attack helicopters?

Lol that's what sucks about the current phone ecosystem. Go Android, and it's more insecure than prepatch windows 98, or go Apple and be part of a fad and be locked in to whatever Apple wants you to do. I have a Blackberry DTEK50 which they boast is designed around security and it's customized to be more secure than stock Android. Not sure if I take that with a grain of salt or if it really is more secure though.

Im sure it does. But whether or not you buy an iphone is a judgement call not financial. I have an Android phone due to it being superior in nearly every way for my
purposes. And I have an iPhone 6s plus given to me by my work(sys admin). I hardly ever use the iPhone other than to read work emails and receive work related calls and texts. I just don't enjoy using it.
I would never buy an apple product for many reasons, but primarily because I can do anything I can do with an iDevice with more freedom and less cost. Even if I was a multi billionaire I wouldn't use apple products.

This is unrelated to iPhones, but the Phoronix website did a comparison of Windows 10, MacOS El Captain, and Ubuntu 16.04 and did benchmarks for various things on a Macbook Pro. And on a macbook pro, Ubuntu and Windows did better on nearly ALL the benchmarks.

Im just not an apple fan for so so many reasons.
