I lived in Venice for 15 years. Bradenton sucks . Try Venice great town. Sarasota isn't bad but a lot of traffic

Hurricanes, Carribeans, HOT, daily rain, terrible thunderstorms, ridiculously expensive houses for tiny postage stamp yarded, single story, non-basement-having dwellings - and no hockey. Oh and the crazy bugs. Srsly you Ohioans cannot take the hot that it is down here. And you have to mow your lawn every 3 days. And you can't water it.

I went here for a med school interview a few weeks ago. I walked into a ruby tuesdays for happy hour the day I got there and had to be like the only person under 60 in there aside for the servers. Totally made me laugh.
