Eight O' Clock Colombian Peaks. Freshly ground.
Eight O'Clock is good coffee IMO (but I'm no coffee snob). It's what we use to brew. Found other brands to be not as good.
When I grew up on the East coast, Eight O'Clock, Red Circle, and Bokar (sp?) were the A&P house brands. I don't think A&P exists any more - who sells Eight O'Clock these days?
Of course the important question is: by what means are you brewing the coffee?

I am a coffee snob and I will drink Eight O'Clock any time its offered. For cheap coffee, they do a great job. I'll take it over Starbucks or gas station "premium" coffee.
I was a little upset because the price went up by a couple dollars not too long ago. But then again its still half the price of most of the coffee I drink.
Good to know, I guess consumption of this brand makes me a snob? I don't know, but I just like it and it's our go to coffee.
I will say that I'm not a fan of their columbian one though.
We mix regular/decaf (50/50). Regular wasn't all that great until we started mixing up. Decaf seems to taste better?
weird
Which drip machine? Makes a differenceI use a drip coffee maker. Sometimes I use a French press. I almost always grind the beans just before brewing. It definitely makes a difference.
