I've got a summer internship at <major electronic test equipment company> in Santa Rosa, CA. I know there's some ATOTers in the Bay Area, so does anyone have any pro tips I need to know? Should I bring 5000 gallons of water with me?

Yup, been up here just over a year, we looked at places in cotati and petaluma but east bay is just so much cheaper....it's also extremely ghetto if you're not in vacaville (and even some parts there are shady) but it ain't too bad. The 37 will eat my soul eventually so we're trying to get to the Petaluma/Novato/San Rafael area, especially by the time my daughter gets into school.Whoa! I had no idea you moved near me.
I head up to Annadel a few times a year. It's a pleasant park for XC riding. Nothing very steep up or down. Lots of rocks to keep things interesting, but nothing all that tough. A nice loop will cover most of the park. I'll generally start on Channel drive, head uphill, go down Lawndale, leave the park briefly, head up Schultz, hit some of the other trails on the way back to the car.
